SAVE DENTISTS Membership

Save Dentists, Inc. reserves all rights and specifically the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time and without notice.  Membership is not transferable and has no cash value.  Save Dentists may reject any membership application or cancel any membership at any time.  In the event a current member has their membership terminated, Save Dentists may return a prorated portion of any net membership fees (after all costs) remaining that exceeds two months.  No refunds will be given to any membership which is cancelled by Save Dentists for any term with less than two months remaining and refunds are always at the discretion of Save Dentists, Inc.  Members may only cancel their membership at the conclusion of their membership term, no refunds will be given for any membership term cancelled by a member.  This membership program is available to licensed dentists in the continental United States, except where prohibited.  All members or potential members are expected to conform with any laws, rules, or regulations pertaining to the practice of dentistry.

Users of this website are not permitted to publish, reproduce, or otherwise disseminate any material on this website.  Disclosure of membership pricing for any item is prohibited without express written consent by Save Dentists, Inc.  Members are allowed to use any agreed upon pricing with any participating vendor, subject to the terms placed by any vendor.  Member offerings and services may change or be eliminated without prior notice.  Members are only allowed to use the pricing while their membership in Save Dentists, Inc. is current, former members are not allowed to use our pricing programs and our vendors will not allow such conduct.  Former members will not be allowed to rejoin Save Dentists, Inc. without explicit approval from the executive team of Save Dentists, Inc.  Any former member who rejoins, without express approval, will not be allowed to use any member program and will forfeit any monies exchanged upon the attempted re-entry.

Members are allowed to use the products and services provided to members from vendors in the practice of dentistry, and are forbidden from selling, trading, or otherwise distributing these items.  Additionally, all products and services provided to members, aside from Save Dentists, Inc. membership services, are exclusively the responsibility of the respective provider.  Save Dentists, Inc. is not responsible in whole or in part for the acts or omissions, intentional or otherwise, of the vendors.  Save Dentists, Inc. provides no warranties, explicit, implied, or otherwise about anything pertaining to Save Dentists, Inc., members of Save Dentists, Inc.,  vendors/suppliers of Save Dentists, Inc., nor anything otherwise related to Save Dentists, Inc.

Save Dentists receives fees from participating vendors based upon member purchases for administration of the Save Dentists purchasing program.  More details about this fee are available upon member inquiry.  Prospective members will be notified of vendor fee paid for program administration prior to formal enrollment.
